TERMS OF USE (END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT)

Welcome to Ootwin! These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website www.ootwin.com and the mobile application "The Daily Dose" ("App") provided by Ootwin ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website or downloading/using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. LICENSE TO USE THE MOBILE APP
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use "The Daily Dose" on any Apple-branded mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and educational use.

2. IN-APP PURCHASES AND BILLING
- "The Daily Dose" offers a one-time premium unlock transaction ("Unlock Whole Game") for a designated fee.
- All in-app purchases are handled securely through Apple App Store Connect. Payments are processed via your Apple ID payment method.
- All digital purchases are final and non-refundable by us. Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple Support.
- You can restore your purchases on new or re-installed devices via the "Restore Purchase" functionality provided in the App, powered by RevenueCat.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, visual interfaces, graphics, text, digital designs, characters, logos, source code, products, and upcycled items found on our website and within the App are the exclusive property of Ootwin and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse, redistribute, or modify any elements without our express written consent.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (IMPORTANT FOR MEDICAL/PHARMACY THEMES)
"The Daily Dose" is a mobile game designed entirely for recreational, gameplay, and entertainment purposes. Although it incorporates themes and visual elements inspired by the pharmacy and medical field, it does NOT provide professional medical advice, clinical diagnostics, or medical training. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ootwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or inability to access or use, the website or App.

6. APPLE COMPLIANCE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
You acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Ootwin only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, maintenance, support, or any claims related to it. Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and have the right to enforce it against you.

7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
